Catherine Rowe, Principal Broker
Catherine Rowe has cultivated a reputation in our community for her integrity, professionalism, and always putting her clients first. Catherine has been an Oregon licensed broker since 1998 and possesses a wealth of experience and extensive first-hand knowledge of the Southern Oregon real estate market. Catherine continually mentors each member of the Rowe Team to provide the highest caliber of service. She is passionate about her work, and always strives to exceed expectations. Married to actor and director Doug Rowe since 1980, Doug and Catherine have two grown sons and two beloved grandchildren.
Graham Thomas, Principal Broker
Since partnering with Catherine Rowe in 2016, Graham has been a part of over 400 successful closings through the Rowe Team. Before obtaining his broker’s license, Graham served as John L. Scott’s Regional Marketing Director for Southern Oregon, working directly with 150 agents between offices in Ashland and Medford. In 2016, Graham was endorsed by Howard Chung (VP, John L. Scott) for ‘his targeted, measurable, and results-oriented online advertising that allowed agents in Southern Oregon to achieve over 70,000 mobile app downloads in less than 6 months.’ Graham received the “Jimmy Deloretto Innovator Award” from John L. Scott in 2021 for ‘innovate and creative ideas that have improved client relationships and peer collaboration.’ Prior to joining John L. Scott, Graham developed and implemented creative strategies for a real estate development in the Colchagua Provence of Chile. As a student at the University of Oregon, Graham was recognized for his leadership in the Advertising Department of Emerald Media Group with the “Shellie Hagen Award,” and interned for Bell+Funk, a marketing agency in downtown Eugene, OR.
Brian Druihet, Broker
Brian is a Southern Oregon native with a passion for helping clients make informed business decisions. He began his own successful real estate business in 2018 with the objective of planting roots in Southern Oregon and putting his business acumen to work. That same year, Brian received the “Star Award” from John L. Scott for his ‘positive outlook, teamwork, and collaboration between offices.’ Sharing in Catherine Rowe’s service-based approach to real estate, Brian partnered with the Rowe Team in 2019. Brian has been a part of over 300 successful closings to date, and played an integral role in the Rowe Team achieving #1 in Ashland by sales volume for the last three years running. Prior to obtaining his broker’s license, Brian oversaw marketing and sales as an executive for an Ashland-based software company. He has also held strategic positions for a software subsidiary of Home Depot, Inc., where his team grew sales from $400M to $1.5B in two years. Brian met his wife Shelby while studying Business Administration at Southern Oregon University, and they now have four children between the ages of one through eight.
Claire Golden-Fields, Broker
Claire joined the Rowe Team with over 15 years of experience in property management and commercial development in Southern Oregon, bringing a strong understanding of project management and construction. She offers unique expertise in helping clients achieve their investment goals, along with excellent local service providers for our listings and buyer due diligence. Claire works closely with Catherine to help prepare our listings for the market, identify properties to suit our buyer needs, and manage escrows once under contract. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and loves spending time with her daughter.
Marirose Tashjian, Broker
Marirose relocated to the Rogue Valley from the Bay Area in 2016 after years of visiting her grandparents in Ashland. Her career began at a local software startup, where she worked alongside Brian Druihet to provide unparalleled customer service and a creative approach to problem-solving. After years in the world of tech, Marirose obtained her real estate license and joined the Rowe Team in 2022. She and Brian continue to work closely in navigating escrow contingencies while diligently advocating for our clients to facilitate a stress-free buying process. Marirose is driven by an enthusiasm for helping others and takes pride in providing the best possible experience for our clients in all aspects of a transaction. Outside of the office, Marirose enjoys exploring the food scene of Southern Oregon, and is an outdoor enthusiast of the Pacific Northwest.
Isabella Passante, Broker
Before obtaining her real estate license and joining the Rowe Team, Isabella served as an Early Childhood Educator at Southern Oregon Head Start, specializing in family advocacy and infant mental health. The experience of working with the diverse families in our community - combined with her passion for helping others - offers a unique perspective to the real estate industry. Isabella is responsible for preparing listing documents, gathering and organizing due diligence, coordinating professional photography and video, and launching our unique listing advertising campaigns. While she was born and raised in Southern Oregon, Isabella prioritizes traveling and connecting with her family around the world. The John L. Scott Story
The vision of John L. Scott Real Estate started 90 years ago when a young Scottish immigrant named John L. Scott set out on a long journey to San Diego, California with his bride and infant son. The trip included a stop in the burgeoning city of Seattle, Washington where John L. later recalled, “It was like reaching City Beautiful in Pilgrim’s Progress.” Seattle, not San Diego, would become the Scott family’s new home.

Once the family was settled, John L. began working as a sales associate for a local real estate company. In 1931, he established John L. Scott Real Estate, which has become one of the largest and most successful regional real estate companies in the nation. It now operates over 100 offices with over 3,000 agents throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and now California.

John L. Scott Real Estate is currently led by Chairman and CEO, J. Lennox Scott, John L.’s Grandson, who started working with the company as a sign painter when he was just ten years old. Thirteen years later, Lennox assumed leadership of the company.
