Catherine Rowe, Principal Broker
Catherine Rowe has cultivated a reputation in our community for her integrity, professionalism, and always putting her clients first. Married to actor and director Doug Rowe since 1980, Doug and Catherine have two grown sons and two beloved grandchildren. Catherine and Doug were featured in Ashland Living's August 2018 publication. Catherine is part of a local hula dancing group, which is always a highlight of Ashland’s 4th of July parade. She enjoys walking her two dogs, gardening, and playing with her grandchildren. Catherine has extensive first-hand knowledge of the Southern Oregon real estate market, and has been an Oregon licensed broker since 1998. She continually mentors each member of her team to provide the highest caliber of service. She is passionate about her work, and always strives to exceed expectations.
Graham Thomas, Broker
After graduating from the University of Oregon, Graham served as the Regional Marketing Director for John L. Scott’s Ashland and Medford offices. He’s now primarily responsible for our team’s print, paid social, and digital display advertising. Prior to joining John L. Scott, Graham worked abroad where he developed and implemented creative strategies for a real estate development, boutique hospitality, food service, and beverage company. As a student at the University of Oregon, Graham was recognized for his leadership in the Advertising Department of Emerald Media Group with the Shellie Hagen Award, and interned for Bell+Funk, a marketing agency located in downtown Eugene, Oregon. Graham is a former Google Partner certified in AdWords Mobile, Shopping, Video, and Display advertising.
Molly Sanborn, Broker
Molly received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Concord University in West Virginia and worked for her Alma Mater as an Admissions Recruiter before relocating to Southern Oregon to serve as the Membership and Marketing Director at Rogue Valley Country Club. Before joining the Catherine Rowe Team, she also oversaw subcontractor and office management with Sarich Construction and Innsbruck Ridge in East Medford, Oregon. Molly works closely with Catherine on every transaction to assist both buyers and sellers. She is energetic, eager to please, and always on top of details.
